From beginning to end, this project demanded the highest level of perfectionism. Given the 18-foot grade change of the property, partnering with the right engineer was crucial. The board-formed concrete garage left no room for error, and the Fleetwood windows with glass-on-glass corners required faultless installation. Dramatic additions, such as the living sod roof blanketing the guest quarters, the Bulthaup kitchen and the floating staircase, enhance the beauty of this gallery-like home.
